Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new sales opportunities with a focus on industrial duct systems.
- Build strong, long-term partnerships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

- Work closely with engineering, design, and project management teams for seamless execution and delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years in industrial duct systems sales or a closely related field.
- Comprehensive understanding of duct systems, fabrication processes, and industry-specific applications.
- Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales targets with solid negotiation abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills to convey complex solutions and value propositions effectively.
- Stable work history with a deep understanding of the Ventura market and client landscape.
