Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor HVAC/Sheet Metal crews, ensuring efficient and high-quality installations.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure seamless execution of project plans.
- Oversee the installation and fabrication of sheet metal duct work, HVAC units, and related components while adhering to design specifications and safety protocols.
- Conduct inspections to ensure installations meet industry standards, building codes, and project specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, work progress, and labor hours. Communicate updates to stakeholders and address any project challenges promptly.
- Extensive hands-on HVAC and sheet metal installation experience, with progression into supervisory roles.
- Proven success in managing projects within a non-union contractor setting is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, sheet metal fabrication, duct work installation, and industry codes.
- Strong ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams to achieve project goals efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to address challenges in the field with innovative solutions.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
- Stable and local work history.
