Job Title: Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Location: Las Vegas, NV

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a seasoned Commercial HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of 5 years and up to 15 years of experience in commercial HVAC service, start-up, and commissioning. This role requires a thorough understanding of large RTUs, chillers, boilers, VRFs, and other large commercial mechanical equipment. As an integral part of our team, you will be tasked with servicing HVAC systems in a variety of commercial settings including hospitals, schools, data centers, labs, and other commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have an EPA Universal certification, a stable work history, and be local to Las Vegas, NV.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial HVAC systems.

  • Conduct start-up and commissioning of HVAC systems in a commercial setting.

  • Handle complex diagnostics in HVAC systems, using advanced tools and equipment.

  • Respond to emergency service requests as needed.

  • Collaborate with team members and provide technical support as necessary.

  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, and maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years and up to 15 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician.

  • EPA Universal Certification.

  • Proficient understanding of large RTUs, chillers, boilers, VRFs, and other large commercial mechanical equipment.

  • Experience working in a range of commercial environments such as hospitals, schools, data centers, labs, etc.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and working in confined spaces.

  • Must be local to Las Vegas, NV or willing to relocate.

Preferred:

  • Trade or technical school certificate in HVAC.

  • Familiarity with the latest HVAC software and diagnostic tools.
