Job Title: Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Location: Las Vegas, NV
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a seasoned Commercial HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of 5 years and up to 15 years of experience in commercial HVAC service, start-up, and commissioning. This role requires a thorough understanding of large RTUs, chillers, boilers, VRFs, and other large commercial mechanical equipment. As an integral part of our team, you will be tasked with servicing HVAC systems in a variety of commercial settings including hospitals, schools, data centers, labs, and other commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have an EPA Universal certification, a stable work history, and be local to Las Vegas, NV.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial HVAC systems.
Conduct start-up and commissioning of HVAC systems in a commercial setting.
Handle complex diagnostics in HVAC systems, using advanced tools and equipment.
Respond to emergency service requests as needed.
Collaborate with team members and provide technical support as necessary.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years and up to 15 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician.
EPA Universal Certification.
Proficient understanding of large RTUs, chillers, boilers, VRFs, and other large commercial mechanical equipment.
Experience working in a range of commercial environments such as hospitals, schools, data centers, labs, etc.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and working in confined spaces.
Must be local to Las Vegas, NV or willing to relocate.
Preferred:
Trade or technical school certificate in HVAC.
Familiarity with the latest HVAC software and diagnostic tools.
