Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on large tonnage HVAC systems, including package units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.
- Utilize mechanical and electronic HVAC components expertise to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
- Execute routine and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and industry standards; maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service through clear communication and timely follow-up on service calls.
- Must be based in the Los Angeles area with a reliable work history in the HVAC field.
- Required for handling refrigerants and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
- Ability to operate company vehicles and travel to various job sites within the Los Angeles area.
- Proficient with large tonnage applied HVAC equipment, including package units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.
- Diagnostic solid skills with the ability to quickly identify and address HVAC system issues.
