We seek an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician in Los Angeles, CA, to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining the operational excellence of large-scale HVAC systems across commercial facilities. You will play a key role in servicing and troubleshooting various HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal performance for high-demand applications. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on large tonnage HVAC systems, including package units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.
  • Utilize mechanical and electronic HVAC components expertise to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
  • Execute routine and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and industry standards; maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service through clear communication and timely follow-up on service calls.
Qualifications
  • Must be based in the Los Angeles area with a reliable work history in the HVAC field.
  • Required for handling refrigerants and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Ability to operate company vehicles and travel to various job sites within the Los Angeles area.
  • Proficient with large tonnage applied HVAC equipment, including package units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.
  • Diagnostic solid skills with the ability to quickly identify and address HVAC system issues.
