Job Summary
We seek a dedicated and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our Los Angeles, CA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing and maintaining various HVAC equipment, including oversized cargo-applied systems. This position requires a local candidate with a stable work history who holds an EPA universal certification and maintains a clean driving record.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, including but not limited to package units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions in HVAC equipment and systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and ensuring their HVAC systems operate efficiently.
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols while performing all job duties.
- Maintain company vehicle and equipment in good working condition.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and industry best practices.
- Must reside within Los Angeles, CA, or nearby areas.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC service technician, specifically with large tonnage applied HVAC equipment.
- EPA Universal Certification is required.
- Clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
- Proficient in working with various HVAC systems, including package units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and VRF systems.
- Stable work history with previous employers in the HVAC industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently.
