Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service/Project Sales in Orange, CA. This role focuses on managing client relationships, coordinating service operations, and driving business growth in the commercial and industrial HVAC sector. You will act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell HVAC services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main client contact, addressing needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business and attract new clients.
  • Oversee high-priority service calls and manage after-hours support as needed.
  • Review and submit accurate quotes and invoices.
  • Lead the Account Coordinator and oversee client onboarding and service integration.
  • Meet business development KPIs and regularly report progress to senior management.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial/industrial HVAC maintenance.
  • 5+ years of management experience in sales and customer relations.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Service Channel, FEXA, Corrigo) and Microsoft Office.
  • Local and stable work history.
