Job Summary
We seek a driven HVAC Service and Project Sales to join our team in Riverside, CA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the dynamic field of commercial HVAC systems, focusing on sales, estimating, and project management. The ideal candidate is local to the Riverside area and has a stable work history and proven expertise in HVAC installation, service, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales efforts by identifying and engaging with prospective clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and delivering tailored HVAC solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial HVAC installation and service projects, leveraging in-depth industry knowledge and cost analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to oversee project delivery and ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Provide clients with expert advice on HVAC systems, including energy-efficient solutions, system upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position services competitively within the commercial HVAC sector.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years in commercial HVAC installation or service.
  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and project estimating.
  • Familiarity with the Riverside, CA, market and a solid local network is essential.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and building automation systems. Familiarity with tools such as Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks is a plus.
  • A local and stable work history demonstrating commitment and reliability.
