Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong partnerships with new and existing clients, focusing on identifying and addressing their HVAC service needs.
Perform detailed site evaluations, including rooftop equipment inspections, to identify and present preventative maintenance and service opportunities.
Proactively provide mechanical maintenance and service solutions to close sales and exceed performance goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to manage customer portfolios, update sales databases, and document survey details.
Attend monthly sales meetings and work closely with the operations team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in HVAC service sales, with expertise in cooling tower services, is preferred.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the HVAC/R or related industry.
Experience conducting rooftop assessments and working comfortably at heights.
Exceptional customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Familiarity with local building and mechanical codes in California.
Preferred Skills
Demonstrated sales, account management, lead generation, and business development expertise.
Strong knowledge of local Building and Mechanical Codes.
Up-to-date knowledge of HVAC industry trends and technical solutions.
