Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients to generate sales leads and opportunities.
- Identify client needs and provide appropriate HVAC solutions through detailed estimates and proposals.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary information for accurate pricing and scope of work.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitive market conditions to provide the best solutions to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas through proactive sales activities and exceptional customer service.
- Prepared and presented sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to management.
- Minimum of three years of experience in commercial HVAC installation or service.
- Minimum of three years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and estimating.
- Proven track record of stable employment history in the commercial HVAC industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Local candidates are preferred.
