Job Summary
We seek an experienced and highly organized HVAC Senior Service Coordinator to join our San Jose, CA team. This role is ideal for a professional with at least five years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry who is ready to coordinate complex service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently schedule, dispatch, and manage HVAC service technicians for commercial projects, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing service inquiries, scheduling requests, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and track service operations, including work orders, job progress, and technician performance, to ensure all services are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain detailed records of service calls, work orders, and customer communications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Work closely with service managers, technicians, and other internal departments to optimize service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Service Coordinator or Dispatcher in the commercial HVAC industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including experience with chillers, boilers, and building automation systems.
- Proven track record of stable employment with a local focus in San Jose.
- Familiarity with industry-related software such as Bluebeam, MS Project, and Autodesk.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and management.
