Job Summary

We seek a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Project Sales Engineer to join our Los Angeles, CA team. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and have extensive experience in design, engineering, project management, or pre-construction within the mechanical contracting industry. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their HVAC needs are met.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create comprehensive project proposals.
  • Manage pre-construction activities, including project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Oversee the execution of large-scale HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC market.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • EIT or PE license preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience in design and engineering, project management, or pre-construction for a mechanical contractor.
  • Significant experience with large projects focusing on plumbing, piping, and HVAC.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and components, including their design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Local candidates with a stable work history are preferred.
