Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the commercial HVAC sector.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the commercial HVAC industry.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and propose tailored HVAC solutions.
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for HVAC projects, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing.
- Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to ensure the successful execution of HVAC projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings to provide clients with the best solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Minimum of 3 years in commercial HVAC installation or service and three years in commercial HVAC sales and estimating.
- It must be based in San Jose, CA, and have a stable work history.
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including installation, service, and estimating practices.
- Proven ability to develop and close sales opportunities within the commercial HVAC market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to clients.
- Ability to identify client needs and propose effective HVAC solutions.
- Experience working with project management and engineering teams to ensure project success.
