Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the commercial HVAC sector.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the commercial HVAC industry.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and propose tailored HVAC solutions.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for HVAC projects, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing.
  • Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to ensure the successful execution of HVAC projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings to provide clients with the best solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years in commercial HVAC installation or service and three years in commercial HVAC sales and estimating.
  • It must be based in San Jose, CA, and have a stable work history.
  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including installation, service, and estimating practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and close sales opportunities within the commercial HVAC market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to clients.
  • Ability to identify client needs and propose effective HVAC solutions.
  • Experience working with project management and engineering teams to ensure project success.
