Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide accurate estimates for HVAC projects.
- Prepared and presented detailed proposals and sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the project management and engineering teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services to communicate value to clients effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Local to the San Jose, CA area with a stable work history.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and estimating.
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including installation and maintenance processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in preparing and delivering detailed proposals and sales presentations.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, business, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in HVAC or related disciplines.
- Experience using CRM software for managing sales activities and customer relationships.
