We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Sales professional to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. This role is critical in driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will be local, possess a stable work history, and have substantial experience in commercial HVAC installation, service, sales, and estimating.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development: Identify and develop profitable sales opportunities within the commercial HVAC sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Project Management: Oversee HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring all work meets client expectations and industry standards.
Estimating and Proposals: Prepare accurate and competitive estimates and sales proposals. Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
Client Consultation: Evaluate customer requirements and provide expert advice on HVAC systems and solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to strategically position our services and offerings.

Qualifications

Local and Stable Work History: Must be a local candidate with a proven stable work history in the commercial HVAC industry.
Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in commercial HVAC installation or service.
Sales and Estimating Expertise: At least three years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and estimating, with a strong track record of success.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools for estimating and project management, such as Bluebeam, MS Project, and Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
