Key Responsibilities
Led and managed HVAC and sheet metal projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project milestones were met on time and within scope and budget.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel, to achieve project objectives efficiently and safely.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships through effective communication, project updates, and addressing concerns proactively.
Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety.
Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, local regulations, and company policies, with a strong focus on safety and quality control.
Qualifications
Candidates must be based in the Bay Area and have a proven track record of stable employment within the industry.
Minimum of five (5) years of mechanical project management experience, focusing on HVAC and sheet metal projects.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Familiarity with HVAC systems, sheet metal, and industry-specific project management and design software tools.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
