Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordinating of commercial HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project milestones are met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation using industry-standard software like Bluebeam, MS Project, and AutoCAD, including contracts, change orders, and work orders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring precise and timely communication regarding project updates, timelines, and any issues.
- Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, managing relationships to support project success.
- Ensure all projects comply with local regulations and safety standards, assisting in preparing necessary permits and safety documentation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Administrator, Service Coordinator, or Dispatcher in the commercial HVAC industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and building automation systems such as Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls Metasys, and Bacnet.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD, and other relevant software tools is essential.
- Candidates must be local to the Bay Area and possess a stable work history within the region's commercial HVAC sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.
