Job Summary
As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial building heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial mechanical installation, particularly in duct work.
Key Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems, including duct work, in commercial buildings according to project specifications and codes.
- Perform mechanical installations, focusing on sheet metal fabrication and duct work.
- Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations.
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial mechanical installation experience, strongly focusing on duct work in commercial buildings.
- Stable work history with a track record of reliability and professionalism.
- Proficient in installing HVAC systems, sheet metal fabrication, and duct work.
- Strong understanding of local building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
- Relevant HVAC certifications are a plus.
