Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, pumps, air handling units, VAV, and refrigerant systems.
  • Oversee and coordinate service and project workflows from planning to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Maintain professional and solution-focused communication with clients, addressing service concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with dispatch, service teams, and project staff to optimize scheduling, resource allocation, and project execution for smooth operations.
  • Mentor and support service technicians in system installations, start-ups, troubleshooting, and performance testing, promoting a safety-conscious and collaborative work environment.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on HVAC field experience in commercial mechanical construction.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing service teams and coordinating complex commercial HVAC projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, air handling units, VAV systems, and related plumbing and piping systems.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Demonstrated local and stable work history within the HVAC industry.
