Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture professional relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a positive client experience.
Prepare accurate and competitive quotes, contracts, and proposals; respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
Coordinate with internal departments to deliver seamless customer service and support project management efforts.

Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED equivalent and additional certifications or training in HVAC or related fields are a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word, with the ability to quickly learn new sales tracking tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing customer service and relationship building.
