Role Overview
We seek a dynamic and motivated HVAC Inside Sales Representative to join our Los Angeles, CA team. In this role, you will drive sales and manage customer relationships for our HVAC products and services. As an integral member of our sales team, you will collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction, all while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Develop accurate and competitive quotes, contracts, and proposals. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries to drive sales.
  • Work closely with other departments, including project management and operations, to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects and sales opportunities, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
  • Uphold the company's safety, integrity, teamwork, and customer satisfaction values in all interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent and additional certifications or training in HVAC or related fields are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of five years of inside sales experience within the commercial HVAC industry, with a strong emphasis on client acquisition, retention, and account growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and CRM tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong ability to engage and persuade customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focusing on providing solutions that meet customer needs.
