Summary
We seek a highly experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman to join our team in Riverside, CA. The ideal candidate will be a resident with a stable work history and extensive experience in HVAC and sheet metal work. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a team and oversee complex commercial HVAC projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage commercial HVAC systems' on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks.
Supervise and direct a crew of four or more installers/technicians on various projects.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Coordinate with project managers to meet project timelines and deliverables.
Verify orders, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the quality of installations.
Qualifications
Local candidate with a stable work history in Riverside, CA.
Minimum of seven years of hands-on experience in sheet metal and HVAC work.
At least two years of experience as a foreman managing a crew on commercial HVAC projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Preferred Experience
