Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Facilities Manager to lead the maintenance and operations of our Orange County facilities. The role involves ensuring the optimal performance of all building systems, including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. The HVAC Facilities Manager will implement procedures to maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all facility maintenance activities, focusing on HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical.
- Assign tasks to the maintenance team and ensure work meets quality and budget standards.
- Coordinate routine inspections, maintenance, and emergency repairs, liaising with external vendors when necessary.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across all facilities.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities, repairs, and safety issues.
- Collaborate with management on budgeting and planning for facility improvements.
- Train staff on maintenance best practices, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure all projects meet timelines and stay within approved budgets.
- 5+ years of experience in facility management, with a strong focus on HVAC operations.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams.
