Job Title: HVAC Facilities Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Facilities Manager to manage our Riverside facilities' maintenance, construction, and operations. This role ensures that all building systems operate efficiently, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety. The Facilities Manager will implement procedures to maintain facility standards, handle budgeting, and ensure all operations are completed on time and within budget. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and safety maintenance and operations.
• Delegate tasks to the maintenance team, ensuring work meets quality and budget standards.
• Schedule and manage routine inspections, maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across all facilities.
• Prepare reports on maintenance, repairs, and safety for management.
• Collaborate with upper management on facility budgeting and planning.
• Train staff on maintenance best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facility management or HVAC operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
