Job Summary
We seek an experienced HVAC Facilities Manager to lead maintenance, construction, and operations across our Los Angeles facilities. This role ensures all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, run efficiently and safely. You will manage procedures to maintain optimal functionality, safety, and cleanliness, a commitment we uphold to provide a secure and comfortable work environment while keeping operations within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance and operation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems.
- Delegate tasks to the maintenance team and ensure quality work within budget.
- Schedule and manage inspections, maintenance, and emergency repairs with vendors.
- Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in all facilities.
- Prepare reports on maintenance, repairs, and safety for management.
- Collaborate on budgeting and facility planning.
- Train staff on maintenance best practices, safety, and compliance.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- 5+ years in facility management, HVAC operations, or a related field.
