Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC systems, including duct work, piping, chillers, boilers, and associated equipment, leveraging industry expertise.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to obtain necessary project details, material costs, and technical specifications.
- Assist project teams in transitioning from the estimation phase to execution, providing detailed documentation and cost insights.
- Use Trimble AutoBid, Bluebeam, or Autodesk Suite (Revit, Navisworks) to create precise and efficient estimates.
- Stay informed on local market trends, material costs, and advancements in HVAC technologies to maintain competitive and accurate proposals.
- A high school diploma or GED is required. Advanced HVAC, sheet metal, or construction management certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of estimating experience in the HVAC or sheet metal industry.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Trimble AutoBid estimation software.
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients and vendors and provide exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrated stable and local work history within the Las Vegas, NV, market.
