Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and guide the engineering department, ensuring the highest standards of design and execution.
Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of design engineers, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.
Engage in advanced design-build commercial projects, ensuring optimal designs that meet client specifications and regulatory standards.
Leverage proficiency in Revit for efficient and cutting-edge design solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and inter-departmental teams to meet project goals within set timelines and budgets.
Offer expertise across various projects, including hospitals, stadiums, and major commercial infrastructures.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory norms, codes, and standards.
Drive continuous learning and development initiatives within the engineering team.
Qualifications:
Residency in or around San Jose, CA.
A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME).
Active Professional Engineer (PE) License.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial engineering sector.
Demonstrated ability in overseeing and executing advanced design-build commercial projects.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of design engineers.
Mastery in using Revit.
Diverse project experience, particularly in designing and overseeing the construction of hospitals, stadiums, and other major commercial structures.
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
