Job Summary
We seek a skilled Systems Integration Technician to join our team in Seattle, WA. This role is perfect for professionals passionate about control systems, automation, and seamless integration across diverse platforms. The ideal candidate has strong experience in BAS/DDC system integration, programming, and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal system functionality for commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and technicians to design and execute building automation system (BAS) integrations that meet specific project requirements.
  • Program and configure DDC controllers, HMIs, and network communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks) to optimize control system functionality.
  • Conduct on-site implementation, testing, and validation of integrated control systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and performance specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues, employing critical thinking and technical expertise to deliver reliable solutions.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including system architecture, programming logic, and troubleshooting guidelines.
  • Provide training and technical support to clients and internal teams to ensure proper system operation and maintenance.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in control systems integration, BAS/DDC programming, or automation technology.
  • Strong knowledge of Tridium Niagara, Distech, Alerton, Johnson Controls Metasys, ALC, and Schneider Electric BAS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with networking protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks) and industry-standard software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Project, preferably.
  • Ability to read and interpret control sequences, wiring diagrams, and mechanical plans for system integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills, proven to work directly with clients and project teams.
  • Local and stable work history in the Seattle, WA market, ensuring familiarity with regional industry standards and best practices.
