Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the corporate client base and drive revenue growth in the building safety sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Work closely with engineering teams to design customized safety systems, including fire suppression, medical gas safety, ventilation solutions, and emergency response infrastructure.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and safety standards. Advise clients on compliance to ensure their systems meet or exceed local and national requirements.
- Use CRM tools to manage sales pipelines, track activity, and report on metrics. Ensure seamless coordination between sales, engineering, and project management teams.
- Demonstrated success in sales within the mechanical construction industry, with a focus on safety systems for corporate clients.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, fire suppression, and medical gas systems. Proficiency in tools like Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a strong client-focused approach.
- Familiarity with local building safety codes and standards in Riverside, CA.
