Responsibilities:
- Assist with the comprehensive management of building automation control projects, ensuring they meet or exceed expectations regarding scope, timing, and budget.
- Work closely with project teams to manage the installation, servicing, start-up, and programming of control systems across various commercial projects.
- Utilize AutoCAD to develop, assess, and adjust project design drawings and schematics to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any control system issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Maintain detailed documentation and regular reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
- Engage effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction by thoroughly understanding and meeting their requirements.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in project management within the building automation controls sector.
- Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD for the creation and modification of project design drawings.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the installation, service, start-up, and programming processes for building automation systems in commercial settings.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is highly preferred.
- Certifications in Tridium, Niagara, or N4 are highly regarded.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in project execution.
