Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading the planning, execution, and completion of building automation control projects, ensuring they align with scope, schedule, and budgetary guidelines.
- Coordinate closely with project teams to oversee the installation, servicing, start-up, and programming of control systems for commercial projects.
- Employ AutoCAD expertise to draft, review, and adjust project design drawings and schematics, guaranteeing precision and functionality.
- Actively engage in identifying and solving control system issues, streamlining project execution and efficiency.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of project progress, facilitating clear and regular reporting to all stakeholders.
- Foster strong client and stakeholder relationships, effectively understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in building automation controls, demonstrating a successful project management track record.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for designing and revising project schematics and drawings.
- Solid understanding of commercial building automation systems, including installation, servicing, start-up, and programming.
- Preferred bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Valued certifications in Tridium, Niagara, or N4.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of productive collaboration with team members and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
