Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate, and implement quality assurance programs tailored to each construction project.
- Oversee all aspects of quality control, from planning to execution, ensuring compliance with all contract specifications.
- Maintain accurate and timely administrative documentation and reports.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a construction management role, with at least 2 years focused on quality control management.
- Certification in USACE CQM for Contractors or an equivalent qualification is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a preference for candidates familiar with Viewpoint/Vista software.
Preferred:
- Specialty inspection training and additional certifications/licenses.
- LEED AP, AP+, or Green Associate (GA) certification.
- Required safety certifications, including EM 385-1-1, CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour; training available if necessary.
