Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients in the commercial landscaping market, particularly those requiring tailored solutions to complement mechanical construction and HVAC projects.
  • Build and maintain long-term client partnerships by understanding and aligning their unique landscaping needs with service capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create detailed and competitive proposals for commercial landscaping services, emphasizing quality and project efficiency.
  • Act as the liaison between clients and operational teams, ensuring seamless execution of landscaping services integrated with HVAC and mechanical systems projects.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging insights to refine service offerings and identify untapped opportunities in the local market.
Qualifications 
  • A minimum of 3 years in commercial landscaping or a related sales role is required; experience in mechanical construction, HVAC, or similar industries is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam, MS Project, and industry-specific tools is an advantage.
  • Exceptional ability to effectively present ideas, negotiate contracts, and nurture client relationships.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Riverside, CA market, with a proven record of building and maintaining a stable and local work history.
  • Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and drive business growth.
