Job Title: Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager

Location: Honolulu, HI

Job Summary:

Our team in Honolulu, HI, is in search of an experienced Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager with a proven track record in managing large-scale commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and be skilled in utilizing modern construction management tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial HVAC and plumbing projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and client satisfaction.

  • Work collaboratively with design teams to optimize system designs and contribute to the estimation process for accurate project costing.

  • Manage project documentation and communication using tools like BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore.

  • Maintain stringent quality and safety standards across projects, addressing any issues promptly.

  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management within the commercial HVAC and plumbing sectors.

  • Strong proficiency in construction management software such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, communicate effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Local to Honolulu, HI, with a stable work history and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.


Preferred:

  • Advanced project management credentials (e.g., PMP).

  • Experience with green building initiatives and knowledge of LEED certification processes.
