Our team in Honolulu, HI, is in search of an experienced Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager with a proven track record in managing large-scale commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and be skilled in utilizing modern construction management tools.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial HVAC and plumbing projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and client satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with design teams to optimize system designs and contribute to the estimation process for accurate project costing.
Manage project documentation and communication using tools like BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore.
Maintain stringent quality and safety standards across projects, addressing any issues promptly.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management within the commercial HVAC and plumbing sectors.
Strong proficiency in construction management software such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore.
Demonstrated ability to lead, communicate effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Local to Honolulu, HI, with a stable work history and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
Experience with green building initiatives and knowledge of LEED certification processes.
