The successful candidate will lead a team of technicians while delivering exceptional service on advanced commercial HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and training to HVAC technicians, ensuring safety, efficiency, and a commitment to professional growth within the team.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair various commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, VRF, and rooftop units.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring timely issue resolution and excellent service delivery.
- Work closely with service coordinators and project managers to schedule and prioritize service calls, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Maintain detailed service records, ensure adherence to safety standards, and uphold regulatory compliance.
- Minimum of 5 years as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, with prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems such as chillers, boilers, VRF systems, and advanced controls. Familiarity with software tools such as Bluebeam, MS Project, and AutoCAD is a strong plus.
- EPA Universal Certification is mandatory. Additional certifications such as NATE or OSHA 30 are highly valued.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients and technical teams.
- Demonstrated track record of stable, continuous employment within the Los Angeles, CA, area, showcasing reliability and commitment.
