Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with commercial building owners, offering expert advice and solutions for their HVAC needs.
Conduct site visits to assess HVAC systems and understand client requirements.
Prepare and present detailed proposals, including labor and material estimates, for commercial HVAC projects.
Drive sales through a consultative approach, ensuring clients' needs are met with the most effective and efficient HVAC solutions.
