Job Title: Commercial HVAC Service/Project Sales
Location: San Francisco, CA

Summary

We seek a dedicated and experienced Commercial HVAC Service/Project Sales professional to join our San Francisco, CA team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial HVAC installation, service, sales, and estimating and will be responsible for driving sales, managing projects, and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the commercial HVAC sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and provide accurate estimates.
  • Prepared and presented sales proposals, bids, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Oversee project implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery of HVAC solutions.
  • Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Applicants should be in the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in commercial HVAC installation or service.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and estimating.
  • Demonstrated stability in previous roles, preferably with reputable companies in the industry, such as ACCO, Southland Industries, or Mesa Energy Systems.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in HVAC systems, project management, and CRM software.
