Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
- Cultivate relationships with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and customer referrals.
- Prepare and present comprehensive and competitive sales proposals to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with our engineering and installation teams to develop accurate and efficient project estimates.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, bids, and follow-ups to assist in future sales strategies.
- Manage projects from the initial sales phase through project completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth communication throughout the process.
Qualifications:
- Must be local to San Diego with a stable work history.
- Prior experience as a commercial HVAC service technician, with hands-on understanding of HVAC systems and operations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC estimating and sales.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to present and explain technical information to non-technical audience.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- High level of integrity and reliability.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings and project assessments.
