Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring project scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to deliver high-quality installations that exceed expectations.
  • Oversee installation of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, air handlers, building automation systems, and advanced plumbing and piping configurations.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost-control strategies to ensure profitability.
  • Utilize industry-standard tools such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Project to track progress, create detailed plans, and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years in project management within the commercial mechanical construction industry, focusing on HVAC and plumbing systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to use project management tools, including scheduling software and Gantt chart creation.
  • Skilled in Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated stable and local work experience history in the Orange, CA, area
