Job Title: Commercial HVAC Estimator/Project Sales Executive
Location: Riverside, CA

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commercial HVAC Estimator/Project Sales Executive to join our expanding team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients in the Riverside area, focusing on HVAC projects and installations.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities for HVAC projects through a consultative sales approach, understanding the unique needs and requirements of each client.
- Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to develop and present customized HVAC solutions that meet the client's needs, budget, and timeline.
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for HVAC projects, considering labor, materials, equipment, and other factors.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, technology advancements, and competitor offerings to effectively position our company's services in the market.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that clearly communicate the value proposition of our HVAC solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay current on market trends.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting opportunities, risks, and progress towards targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, with a focus on commercial projects and installations.
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, components, and industry best practices.
- Experience in preparing accurate cost estimates for HVAC projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Results-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., NATE, LEED) are a plus.
