Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for HVAC maintenance contracts and building automation services.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with building owners, facility managers, and property management firms, serving as a trusted advisor for their mechanical maintenance needs.
• Assess customer needs and craft customized maintenance solutions, leveraging advanced technologies and energy-efficient systems—present proposals confidently to key decision-makers.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to develop effective sales strategies and identify potential growth opportunities.
• Work closely with service technicians, project managers, and the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, building automation platforms, and maintenance practices.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the mechanical construction or building maintenance industry.
• Familiarity with tools like Bluebeam, MS Project, and AutoCAD for proposal development and project estimation.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively convey value propositions to clients.
• Established presence in the Riverside, CA area with a consistent performance and reliability history in previous roles.
