The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of building automation systems and a proven track record in managing accounts and driving sales within the commercial mechanical construction sector.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their building automation needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial mechanical construction sector, focusing on building automation systems.
  • Provide advanced technical support and consultation to clients regarding building automation controls, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, from initial client consultation to installation and maintenance.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in building automation technology to offer innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
  • Must be a local candidate with a demonstrated stable work history in the industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of building automation systems such as Tridium Niagara, Distech, Alerton, ALC, Johnson Controls Metasys, Bacnet, Trane, and Schneider Electric.
  • Proficient in software tools such as Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, and Autodesk software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the commercial mechanical construction sector, focusing on building automation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and effectively collaborate with team members.
