Job Title: Building Automation Controls Technician

Overview: This position focuses on the engineering, installation, and commissioning of HVAC control systems across various facility types, emphasizing customer satisfaction through advanced technology and professional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Master Building Automation Systems and HVAC controls, including software, DDC controllers, and field devices.
  • Understand BACnet protocol and have Niagara AX or Niagara 4 experience.
  • Read low voltage wiring and control flow diagrams proficiently.
  • Utilize test instruments and calibration tools effectively.
  • Educate owners on system operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in Building Automation Systems startup and commissioning or HVAC mechanical experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Capable of working on construction sites, including using ladders and scaffolding.

Preferred:

  • Niagara AX or Niagara 4 certification.
  • Experience with Alerton systems.
