Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Controls Analyst to join our team in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial building automation controls, with expertise in systems such as Alerton, ALC, Tridium Niagara, and Distech. The role involves various responsibilities, including installation, service, start-up, commissioning, point-to-point, programming, estimating, sales, design and engineering, and project or account management.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams to analyze and understand building automation control requirements.
Perform installation, service, start-up, and commissioning activities for control systems.
Conduct point-to-point checks, programming, and ensure systems meet specified requirements.
Provide technical support for estimating, sales, and proposal preparation for control projects.
Contribute to the design and engineering of control systems, considering client needs and specifications.
Assist in project or account management activities as needed.
Stay informed about industry advancements, technologies, and trends in building automation controls.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial building automation controls.
Knowledge and experience with systems such as Alerton, ALC, Tridium Niagara, and Distech.
N4 Certification is highly preferred.
Proven expertise in installation, service, start-up, commissioning, point-to-point, programming, estimating, sales, design and engineering, estimating, and project or account management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Stable work history with a commitment to professional growth.
Local candidates are preferred.
