We are looking for a highly skilled BAS Project Manager to join our team and contribute to our growing projects in Seattle and the surrounding areas.

Job Description:

The BAS Project Manager will lead and manage all aspects of our building automation projects from inception through completion. The successful candidate will have a strong background in BAS, including installation, service, start-up, commissioning, programming, estimating, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple BAS projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget.

  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met.

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope of work, timeline, and budget.

  • Oversee and manage project installation teams, providing technical support and guidance.

  • Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure project specifications are accurately realized.

  • Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

  • Create and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, budgets, and reports.

  • Conduct quality checks and system testing to ensure that installations meet the required specifications.

  • Provide regular status updates to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS).

  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in the BAS industry.

  • Stable work history.

  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems relevant to BAS.

  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects from inception to completion.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly Preferred:

  • Prior experience in installation, service, start-up, commissioning, programming, estimating, and engineering in BAS projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

  • PMP, CAPM, or other relevant Project Management certifications.
