Job Title: BAS Controls Service Project Manager
Location: Seattle, WA

Position Summary
We seek an experienced BAS Controls Service Project Manager to join our team in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Automation Systems (BAS), project management, and controls engineering. The Project Manager will oversee and manage BAS service projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client specifications, are delivered on time, and stay within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of various control systems, strong technical skills, and the ability to lead and coordinate project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Led and managed BAS service projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and client communication.
  • Provide technical guidance and support on BAS systems, including BACnet, DDC controls, and other relevant technologies.
  • Oversee the design, installation, programming, and commissioning of BAS control systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Act as clients' primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining solid and positive relationships.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and change orders. Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects meet high-quality standards and comply with industry regulations and safety protocols.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in BAS project management or controls engineering. Experience with service projects and a stable work history are required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. An EIT or PE license is a plus but not required.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Visio and familiar with BACnet and DDC controls. Experience with control systems such as Tritium, Niagara, ALC, Allerton, Johnson Controls Metasys, and Schneider Electric.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to address and resolve technical challenges.
