Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Controls Project Executive to join our team in Riverside, CA. As a key leader in our Building Automation Controls division, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial building automation controls and a proven track record in project management. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in leading projects from business development and sales through closeout and ongoing account management. Responsibilities:
- Lead business development and sales efforts for building automation controls projects.
- Manage projects from inception through closeout and ongoing account management.
- Oversee the installation, service, start-up, and commissioning of controls systems.
- Demonstrate expertise in Alerton, ALC, Tridium Niagara, Distech, N4 Certification, and prion.
- Handle point-to-point checks, programming, estimating, and design and engineering aspects of projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial building automation controls.
- In-depth knowledge of Alerton, ALC, Tridium Niagara, Distech, N4 Certification, and prion.
- Proven experience in project management, from business development to closeout and account management.
- Strong technical skills in installation, service, start-up, commissioning, point-to-point, programming, estimating, design, and engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Stable work history with references.
- Local candidates in Riverside, CA.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience with medium and large building automation projects.
- Familiarity with a variety of control systems and protocols.
