Key Responsibilities
- In high-rise and commercial environments, provide comprehensive plumbing services, including installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Diagnosed and resolved various plumbing issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions with minimal disruption to building operations.
- Install, repair, and replace plumbing components to the highest industry standards.
- Collaborate with property management teams and residents to swiftly address plumbing concerns and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations, focusing on safety and reliability.
- Respond rapidly to emergency plumbing situations, providing expert problem-solving under pressure.
- Maintain detailed service records, including parts used and time allocated for each job.
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial plumbing experience, explicitly focusing on high-risk environments.
- Backflow certification is mandatory.
