Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations in high-rise buildings.
- Quickly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve plumbing issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including parts and time spent.
- Work closely with property management teams and residents, ensuring clear communication.
- Provide rapid response to emergency plumbing situations, prioritizing safety and client needs.
- Perform backflow testing and repairs in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in plumbing services, focusing on high-rise buildings.
- Must possess backflow certification.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and proven ability to manage complex repairs.

- Excellent communication and customer service abilities; work independently and in team settings.
