Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage commercial plumbing and HVAC projects.
- Collaborate with the design team for efficient system designs.
- Support in creating comprehensive project estimates.
- Organize and maintain project documentation using tools like BlueBeam and Procore.
- Monitor project budgets, update on financial status, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely project delivery.
- Contribute to quality control processes to meet industry standards and exceed client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC design and project management.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as BlueBeam, MS Project, and Procore.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
