Job Summary
We seek an Assistant Plumbing Project Manager with experience in commercial plumbing for tenant improvements and special projects. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering and expertise in sales, estimating, and project management. Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Project is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing commercial plumbing projects from planning to completion.
- Develop cost estimates and manage project budgets.
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Utilize Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Trimble AutoBid to track project progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial plumbing project management.
- Strong skills in estimating, sales, and project management.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Project.
